Rapid Delivery of ERP Cloud Services Using a Prototype

To support the launch of domestic operations, SAP ERP and EDI systems were provided as cloud-based services. Within a very limited timeframe before the start of product sales, we utilized an ERP prototype developed based on our industry-specific business and IT expertise to deliver the system services on schedule. To reduce the burden on the customer’s IT staff, the system was provided as a full IT outsourcing service, covering both the infrastructure environment and its operation and maintenance.

Solution Scalability Aligned with Business Growth

At the time of service launch, the implementation was limited to only the essential business functions required for establishing operations in Japan. Thereafter, system functions and operational policies were expanded in phases to support the customer’s business growth, including the addition of product items, expansion of sales channels and logistics sites, increase in user numbers, BCP compliance, and alignment with global IT audit standards.
